CAT A Office Refurbishment
MJC Construction were appointed by CS2 Surveyors to deliver the strip-out and full high class CAT A office refurbishment of two floors at 401 Grafton Gate — a prominent four-storey building directly opposite Milton Keynes Central station, for Picton Property Income.
Targeting EPC A, we transformed 16,900 sq ft of Grade A office space across the 2nd and 3rd floors of the east wing.
As Principal Contractor, our scope included:
▪ Full strip-out and enabling works
▪ Removal and replacement of floors and ceilings
▪ Installation of new fire barriers
▪ Making good and complete redecoration
▪ New carpets throughout
▪ Suspended metal tile ceilings with integrated LED lighting
▪ Extensive MEP upgrades
▪ Design and installation of new drainage and water services to form showers and cloakrooms
This project demonstrates our ability to deliver technically coordinated, sustainability-led office refurbishments, working within live commercial environments.
