MJC Construction & Refurb were appointed to carry out the full refurbishment of this 7,101 sq ft modern production/warehouse unit on the Slough Trading Estate.
Comprising of a 3,632 sq ft warehouse with ground and first floor office accommodation, work was required to upgrade facilities prior to being relet.
Working with Cushman & Wakefield for client SEGRO, work included the full strip out and redecoration, both internally and externally. New toilets and kitchenette we fitted as standard, with energy efficient upgrades to the M&E installed throughout to increase the EPC.
