Internal Refurbishment & External Decoration
MJC have completed refurbishment of 964 Weston Road on the Slough Trading Estate, for SEGRO Estates, working with agents Hollis.
964 is a 10 year old, 5,868 sq ft warehouse/production unit with first floor offices. Located mid-terrace with a shared pitched roof structure, with built-up sheet metal cladding, GRP roof lights and a shared yard.
Our work included stripping out the previous tenant’s fixtures and fittings, cleaning the roof and cladding, installing new shutter doors, decoration (outside and internal), upgrading the electrical installations, replacing flooring across both the warehouse and offices, replacing sanitaryware and kitchen facilities.
The 9 week contract was worth in excess of £150k
Additional work was required to the staircase handrail, which no longer conformed to building regs. New 16mm stainless steel bars were formed and installed for a seamless finish.
