MJC were appointed by Palmer Glew Surveyors to refurbish the first floor of this modern offfice block, one of four units within this campus style site.
Conveniently located just a few minutes from Finchley Central Underground Station (Northern Line), it has fast road links to the north circular, M1 and M25 and provides 2,112 sq ft of open plan office accommodation.
MJC carried out a full refurbishment, including new toilets, kitchen, ceilings, flooring and decoration throughout. Extensive M&E work was specified to bring the data capabilities up to the latest load standards. Externally we decorated the ground floor.
