MJC Construction have completed the soft strip out and refurbishment at 391 Edinburgh Avenue, Slough for SEGRO.
Working with surveyors Cushman & Wakefield, the programme was completed in 10 weeks, on schedule.
This 5,000 sq ft commercial property on the Slough Trading Estate has offices on both the ground and first floors together with a 1,700 sq ft warehouse. MJC Construction stripped out the previous tenant’s installations, upgraded the MEP, refurbished the washrooms and kitchenette ready for re-letting.
